Set in 3.5 acres with majestic woodland walks and wild flower meadows you are bound to see the busy wildlife going about their day and hear the symphony of birdsong.

The  private fishery is  for those lazy days of sitting at the waters edge with the lake to yourself reading the water.

Lots to see and do

Melbourne and the immediate area is often by-passed as visitors head for the City of York and the Yorkshire Dales. There is so much to offer with the Melbourne lock and Pocklington Canal just on our doorstep, the  Yorkshire Wolds area is fantastic for cycling, walking and adventures. Pool Bridge Farm and Allerthorpe Lakeside Park are only a short distance away (wonderful for open water swimming), plus the beautiful east coast is only 40 minutes away by car (Bridlington, Bempton Cliffs, Filey and Scarborough).
